After a weekend in the Convention Center, we enjoyed flavors from the 65 participating teams in our festival. The BBQ’s that went from different cuts of meat, poultry, sea food to whole hugs, were evaluated in different categories such as presentation, flavor and texture. After a weekend of delicious barbequing we can say that everyone, teams and general public, left happy and full. |
